In Mongolia

Have not been updating the blog for a looooooong time, AGAIN!Well, it's not easy to keep it update when I am on the road. However, today someone asked that I check her blog out so I might as well write something...

I just got back from my 6 days Mongolian countryside trip, had done the whole trip hitch hiking, apart from the 2 short city bus trips to get in/out of centre, and not spent a single cent on accomodation. The feeling???GREAT!!!Very happy with myself cause this is exactly what I am targeting for when I left Ulaan Baatar on Tuesday.

It's not all smooth sailing, but all these difficulties and challenges make it more memorable than some of my well planned trip!! Some nights it rains in the middle of the night while I was sleeping out in the field and I had to run looking for shelter in the dark, my mistake for not bringing a torch ; and HH is not always easy either, sometimes I ended up at a place where I did not plan to go, or spent few hours walking down the road hoping the next car will pick me up.

It had been a great outing for me, and am certainly looking forward to embark on the next one SOON!!! Meanwhile, I shall continue to remember bits and pieces of this trip!
